Our company registration number is SC502369. The term "you" or "your" refers to the users of our services and/or the users of our website.
Payment Terms
You'll recieve an invoice from us after we've completed the last day of a project or weekly if it's an ongoing contract. It's your responsibility to check that the details on the invoice are correct and let us know if you have any questions within 7 days of the invoice being issued.
All invoices are due for payment within 14 days of issue. If you’re unable to meet this please let us know at the time of booking the work so we can agree an alternative payment due date. Any late payments will incur a late payment charge of 10% within the first 14 days and 20% after that.
We accept payment by either BACS or cheque, you’ll find our bank details on your invoice.
Cancellation Policy.
Once work has been booked into our diary the following terms will apply.
Work cancelled up to 4 weeks before the first day of work - 25% of the cancelled work will be payable within 7 days of cancellation.
Work cancelled between 4 weeks and up to 1 week before the first day of work - 50% of the cancelled work is payable within 7 days of cancellation.
Work cancelled after 1 week before the first day of work - 75% of the cancelled work is payable within 7 days of cancellation.
